Meet the minds behind your next event experience.

Andrew Nash
Warehouse Associate
What’s in your Pelican?
Sony A7sIII, 70-200 2.8, 24-70 2.8, water & lots of goldfish
As warehouse coordinator, Andrew helps oversee all our awesome gear and makes sure we have everything we need to support our customers’ events. He’s an approachable guy who never backs down from a challenge, whether that’s at work or in his ongoing pursuit to defend IPAs. A sports guy by day and video game nerd by night, Andrew also enjoys guitar, videography and playing disc golf with his friends.

Anthony Guy
Warehouse Coordinator
What’s in your Pelican?
My four pocket knives, all gifted.
If you happen to have a DVD of Sade performing in Memphis, try to spot a 10-year-old Anthony singing his heart out in the crowd (no, really). Since then, he has contributed to many other live events, prepping all of our gear and making sure it’s clean and functional. He’s also a singer himself and released an album under the name Anthill in the City. When he’s not supporting our warehouse needs or making his own music, you can find Anthony shooting a traditional recurve bow (he’s been an archer for the last decade, nbd).

Ben Bouland
Inventory Coordinator
What’s your go-to event essential?
Crescent wrench
Whether he’s bringing in new gear, working on quality control or managing inventory, Ben helps coordinate our warehouse operations with ease. He’s passionate about the great outdoors (he even has a degree in environmental science to back it up) and once spent over a week backpacking through the wilderness in New Mexico. When he’s not keeping our warehouse in order or sharing his Star Wars knowledge around the office, you can find Ben kayaking or exploring new ideas and figuring out how things work.

Berean Standbrook
Warehouse Coordinator
What’s in your Pelican?
Multi-tool
As warehouse coordinator, Berean helps prepare, pack and transport the gear for all of our shows. Given all his responsibilities, it’s no wonder he’d choose to fly if he could. Both reliable and funny, Berean is a proud cat father who loves a good performance, whether that’s The Strokes or the entire lineup at Bonnaroo. Outside of work, you can find Berean enjoying music, comedy and video games.

Bobby Eller
Project Manager
What are your go-to event essentials?
Tape measure, gaff tape, sharpie, bags of audio & video connectors.
The easiest way to describe Bobby? He solves problems—and he’s a nice guy. There’s no better combination for a project manager, which must be why he does such an amazing job, day in and day out. He’s also our go-to expert on sushi and a music buff. He listens to the greats, like when he saw Van Halen in ‘86, and he even creates some music of his own. Outside of work, you can find Bobby spending time with family and friends—and beaming with pride over his 30+ years of marriage.

Brad Dotter
HR Manager
What are your go-to event essentials?
My phone and Blisstex
Brad is our resident people person, literally. As human resources manager, he’s always helping us to be better: better leaders, better communicators and better advocates for people and culture. Although Brad supports our Atlanta HQ, he has a pretty high bar for events, seeing as his first concert was Elvis. Yes, that Elvis. Since then, he’s been busy advancing his HR certifications and raising four kids. When he’s not looking out for all the great people on our team, you can find Brad watching movies or playing backgammon with his wife.

Bruce Lankford
Director of Production
What’s your go-to event essential?
My trusty sidekick: my laptop.
Bruce is a bit of a mastermind, making sure every event we put on is nothing short of spectacular. He’s a big dreamer who’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves, whether that means pushing cases, striking a show or stepping into the tech side of things. From executing a citywide festival with 200,000+ attendees to stepping in front of the camera as an actor, he embraces every opportunity with courage and passion. Outside of work, faith and family are Bruce’s top priorities, but you might also find him banging on a drum and having a blast with some beats.

Cayla Robertson
Production Manager
What’s in your Pelican?
Alcohol, hydration packets, snacks & Sour Patch Watermelons.
Sarcastic, Type A and organized, Cayla knows how to get stuff done. As founder and co-host of ETA’s Annual Paper Plate Awards, she always has a pop culture reference on standby for any situation, which makes sense since her first ever concert was Aaron Carter. When she’s not working hard on behalf of our customers, Cayla enjoys spending time with her dog, watching reality tv, working out and traveling to other countries.

Chris Cannis
Senior Producer
What’s in your Pelican?
In-ear comms, small Surefire, T7 SSD, laptop, small med kit, colored pens & mint gum
For Chris, the most essential event item is a good attitude. As a senior producer, he’d love to have the ability to manipulate time, but for now, he just focuses on his superhuman ability to support stellar shows. The one thing Chris can’t seem to do is pick a favorite concert, but since he’s been sneaking out to see shows since the seventh grade, we can’t really blame him. Outside of work, you can find Chris cooking a great meal, catching a show, traveling to new places and getting closer to the nearest body of water.

Chris de la Torre
Technical Operations Coordinator
What’s in your Pelican?
Baby wipes & a power bank for my phone.
Described by his peers as a delight and a treasure, Chris makes sure the right gear gets sent to the right place. He’s organized, disciplined and tenacious, all of which also served him well when he bought his first home, an accomplishment he’s very proud of. Since his first concert experience in 2003 seeing Switchfoot, Chris has embraced the live events arena, which led to his absolute favorite concert experience: My Chemical Romance in 2023 at the Ameris Amphitheatre. Outside of ETA, Chris enjoys kayaking, video games, and, you guessed it, live concerts.

Chris Harrell
Associate Project Manager
What’s in your Pelican?
Food & a C-wrench
Highly motivated, easily startled and sporting the perfect hairline, Chris is the whole package. Ever since his first concert seeing Cypress Hill and Eminem, he’s been destined for the events space. Chris is a family-first guy who loves jam band festivals, taking the lead with warehouse coordination and occasionally feeding the masses here at the office. When he’s not managing projects for ETA, you can find Chris enjoying fitness, sports, cooking and live music.

Don Jarvis
Facility Manager and Special Projects
What’s your go-to event essential?
My iPhone.
Don keeps our building and property appealing, functional and safe, all while managing vendors and contractors and pinpointing preventative solutions. A veteran of event production, he puts his 44 years of industry experience to work problem solving and making sure we have everything we need to keep our operations running smoothly. In his spare time, you’ll find Don out at car shows or spending time with his grandchildren.

Gail Johnston
Senior Labor & Logistics Manager
As one of the original ETA-ers, Gail knows our company well. It’s part of what makes her so great at managing our extended family of freelancers and directing the logistical travel details for our events. She’s always looking and planning ahead, even winning “The Get Ahead of the Game Paper Plate Award”! In her free time, Gail enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, enjoying lake time or playing pickleball and golf.

Jamie Anderson
Design Lead
What’s in your Pelican?
Multi-bit screwdriver, travel electric water kettle & Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza
A creative force to be reckoned with, Jamie helps our customers tell their stories through stunning visuals. She’s also known to dance like the future of the planet depends on it. Incidentally, she remembers every song she’s ever heard, including those of her favorite concert, the Avett Brothers at Red Rocks. Beyond her artistic mind, Jamie is most proud of the meaningful relationships she’s been able to craft with others. When she’s not helping us develop amazing designs, you can find Jamie playing in the mountains, volunteering and traveling.

Jeff Robertson
Managing Director
What’s your must-have event item?
A pen.
Jeff climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. Jeff started ETA. Jeff has led our team and our client partners to untold levels of success for over a decade. But what really makes Jeff proud are his kids and seeing team members start their families while at the company. Because for Jeff, it’s the people that make the whole thing worth doing. As Managing Director, he makes sure both the business and our team members have what they need to succeed. Outside of work, he explores his passions for mountain biking, adventure travel, exercise, going to see live music, and spending time with friends and family.

John Como
Director of Finance
John’s an analytical guy, which works out, since he manages our finances. He’s also a Springsteen fan—seeing The Boss was both his first and favorite concert experience. John’s leadership abilities date back to his college days, when he was captain of the lacrosse team, and when he’s not keeping us on track in the office, you can find him out on the golf course.

Joseph Greenway
Senior Technical Operations Manager
What are your must-have event essentials?
Caffeine & a phone backup battery.
Pro tip: don’t ask Joseph to choose just one favorite concert experience (he has six: Trans Siberian Orchestra, Pink, Hunter Hayes, Jamie Miller, Jacob Collier and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra). Clearly, he’s passionate about show quality, and luckily for us, he’s also a whiz with production technology systems design and equipment logistics. At ETA, Joseph is in charge of selecting, packaging and tracking gear. Outside of work, he’s focused on being a dad, enjoying concerts, audio recording and mixing, and home automation and control systems.

Josh Callow
Senior Video Producer
Need a video? Ask Josh. He’s the tall, bearded guy with one too many screens. From concept to story to screen, he leads a talented team to craft content that makes an impact. As an organized creative, he’s truly a rare breed, thinking about both the big picture and tactical details to create powerful visual stories through graphics, imagery and sound. He’s proud of how he’s been able to grow in his career, but even prouder of raising crazy smart, wild boys with his amazing wife.

JT Masci
Warehouse Coordinator
What’s in your Pelican?
Water bottle. Gotta stay hydrated.
Cat whisperer, loving husband, basketball junkie and supreme knower of random knowledge, JT has never been quite the same since he saw AC/DC in concert with his dad and brother—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. JT and the warehouse crew make sure all our equipment stays in tip top shape and goes out to shows safely and securely. Because if there’s one thing we know to be true in this world, it’s that without gear, there’s no show. When he’s not safeguarding our gear, you can find JT kickboxing, writing, making films, cooking or on an outdoor adventure of any kind.

Kim Wagner
Director of Administration
If Kim had the power, she would make desserts healthy, and that’s exactly the kind of magic we’ve come to expect from her. Kim basically keeps ETA running, taking care of all non-event specific functions of the business. Unofficially, she’s also our staff psychologist, and we could not be more grateful for her even-keeled nature. Despite her many professional accomplishments, she’s most proud of her decades of marriage and raising two great kids. Outside of work, Kim loves being active, especially doing hot yoga. You can also find her playing mahjong, watching college football and entertaining.

Kurtis Albracht
Project Manager
What’s your most essential event item?
Bourbon
Kurtis manages the technical aspects of our shows, from drawings to onsite labor and gear. He started his live events journey at an REO Speedwagon concert, but the Eagles are his absolute favorite concert experience. He’s incredibly proud of his kids, and outside of work, you can find him traveling, building and working on construction, and cooking.

Louise Briggs
Office Coordinator
What’s in your Pelican?
Advocare Fruit Punch Spark, Extra Bubblemint Gum & Simply Cheetos White Cheddar Puffs.
When you walk into our building, you’ll find Louise, our office greeter and the friendliest person you’ll ever meet. She also assists with accounting tasks and replenishing office supplies, making her an indispensable part of our operations. As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also our unofficial snack and chocolate dealer and beverage station refiller. But what makes Louise the most proud? Her 36-year marriage and raising two happy, self-sufficient daughters. Outside of work, you can find her gardening, enjoying nature and lake time, toasting with a margarita or playing a game of Euchre or Mahjong.

Mary-Michael Brenner
Associate Producer
What’s your go-to event essential?
COFFEE.
How would Mary-Michael describe her role at ETA? In a word: fun. But we’d also add that she’s incredibly hard working, and the only thing that could make her more effective is teleportation itself. As an audience member, she started her concert journey with the Jonas Brothers, but her absolute favorite show thus far has been Paramore. Mary-Michael also doesn’t shy away from the spotlight herself (check her music out on Spotify when you get a chance). Outside of ETA, she enjoys playing music, camping and training for (another) marathon.

Matt Wilson
Associate Project Manager
What’s in your Pelican?
Disto, label maker, multi-tool & Vitamin C Packs
If you like country music, Matt’s your guy. He even wrote a song that went top 10 for a CMT contest, one of his proudest accomplishments. But his musical tastes are also varied: you can also catch him at concerts for The Killers and the Eagles. At ETA, Matt helps plan and oversee the technical, logistical and labor aspects of each assigned project. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and anything outdoors (in fact, he’s probably the most likely to have his fishing gear packed in his suitcase when we’re on the road).

Michael Macking
Executive Producer / Director of Creative Services
What’s in your Pelican?
An extra battery for my phone, a knife & a flashlight
Macking. He’s one of those guys who requires little to no introduction, because you’ve somehow already met him and worked with him on six projects. Asking around the office, you’ll find that Michael can best be described as ⅕ of a producer, an occasional creative and an expert in asking Cayla. In all seriousness, he’s the glue that holds ETA together. So much so, in fact, that we won’t hold it against him that his favorite concert is Jimmy Buffett at Lakewood Amphitheatre. Outside of work, you can find Mike enjoying family time, lake-life, traveling, building things and wine.

Michelle Seaman
Producer
What’s in your Pelican?
snacks, mints, and gaff tape
Michelle spends her days at ETA connecting all the dots to bring a customer’s vision to life, and she’s remarkably skilled at brightening the mood, even in high-stress environments. That superpower comes in handy when she’s serving as a river rafting guide, and we’re also quite grateful to have her at the helm for our customer events! Despite her professional prowess, Michelle is most proud of creating two of the coolest daughters on the planet. Outside of work, you can find her Mom-ing, watching the San Francisco Giants and enjoying nature.

Nicole Oberman
Senior Content and Communications Strategist
What are your go-to event essentials?
My iPhone! Everything I need is on that thing.
With a deep understanding of brand identity and strategic communication, Nicole helps our customers optimize all the creativity and technology ETA has to offer, through every stage of content creation from ideation to execution. That means more lead time, more impactful content and less stress for everyone. As both an early riser (she’s up at 4:45 to work out) and an early adopter (she was ETA’s first official full-time employee), Nicole is always on top of things, whether that’s optimizing processes or attending every single Carrie Underwood tour. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with friends, frequenting sporting events or planning her next trip with her husband.

Pauline Pellicer
Creative Director & Designer
What are your most essential event items?
My iPhone & comfortable shoes.
Developing the visual identity for an event is no small feat, but Pauline makes it look easy. Her work is equal parts creativity, strategy and optimism as she seamlessly translates communication objectives and brand guidelines into cohesive visual stories for our customers. Perhaps she takes cues from her last concert experience—put on by the one and only Queen Bey. And though she’s hit many milestones throughout her career, she’s most proud of getting married, having her son Auggie … and jumping out of a plane!

Payal Mehta
Creative Project Manager
What’s your must-have event essential?
Comfortable shoes
Payal is the air traffic controller for our creative services team, documenting and improving workflows, identifying creative scopes, setting milestones and more. As a charismatic, astute and creative thinker, Payal always looks at the bigger picture, finding purpose and contributing in meaningful ways. She’s proud of her accomplishments, including setting up a global label program to ensure compliance, improve supplier costs and reduce error margins. Outside of work, you can find Payal playing board games, enjoying live music and exploring new places.

Rachel Cornell
Senior Creative Operations Coordinator
What’s in your Pelican?
Gaff tape & a box cutter. Never travel without ‘em.
From managing external vendors to overseeing event branding execution, editing videos and generally greasing the wheels of the Creative Services Department, Rachel brings people and ideas together with her patented dry humor and amazing talent. An international trombone soloist and Paper Plate Award co-host, you can find Rachel at church, cooking and hosting friends, dominating pickleball and playing some video games when she’s not wowing us all at work.

Sean Blakeney
Warehouse Manager
What’s in your Pelican?
Multitool & Black Gaff.
Here at ETA, Sean keeps on top of scheduling, organizing and directing warehouse affairs. He’s proud of how far he has come in the production industry given how far it is from his original studies. In a perfect world, he could teleport from gig to gig, but for the time being, we’re grateful he keeps making the drive to our warehouse. Known for being incredibly handy and perhaps overly concerned with flip flop safety, you can find Sean woodworking or tabletop gaming when he’s not at work.

Steve Wirth
Operations Support Lead
What’s in your Pelican?
The game ball from my first win as head coach.
Steve leads all things safety at ETA and works tirelessly to support our labor team, the logistics side of operations and warehouse operations. Anyone will tell you that he’s extremely hard working and will do anything to make ETA better. To top it all off, he’s got a passion for live events, from seeing Iron Maiden in 1984 to the Monsters of Rock tour with Ratt, Winger, Cinderella and Bon Jovi (his all-time favorite show). When he’s not supporting our teams, you can find Steve playing tennis, hiking and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Troy Patton
Production Designer
What’s your #1 event essential?
A good pair of shoes!
Described by his peers as fun, caring, determined and hardworking, Troy is the set architect creating 3D visuals and turning them into live experiences. When he’s not creating pretty stage pictures, you can find Troy enjoying the outdoors, making noise with instruments, or nerding out in retro gaming.

Tyler Steel
Chief Operating Officer
What are your event essentials?
Sharpies! And snacks.
At ETA, Tyler takes the lead on turning the creative vision for an event into a real-life experience. Easy, right? He also shines in his unofficial roles as Lead Vacuumist and King of the Irish Goodbye. His favorite concerts include T. Swift and Whiskey Myers at Red Rocks. Outside of work, you can find Tyler golfing, spending time with his wife and kids … and purchasing tickets to the NSYNC reunion tour whenever it finally happens.

Zachary Wehking
Project Manager
What is your most essential event item?
Crescent wrench
As a volunteer at his local theater, Zach began supporting showstopping performances, including a standout production of Into the Woods, at a young age. At ETA, he’s in charge of pre-show management and on-site building and execution (you can also spot him donning red shoes at office parties). Zach keeps the positive vibes coming day after day, and he’ll never forget seeing the Foo Fighters Rock inaugural concert at the Georgia State Stadium. Outside of work, you can find him hiking and playing video games.

Don’t mind us
We’re just over here having a blast. What makes life at ETA so special? We’re every bit as invested in our team as we are in our customers.
Dead Week
No, this isn’t a zombie apocalypse. Each year, we take a full week off to recharge in honor of employee wellness.
Summit
Whether we’re enjoying a lake cruise or learning archery, our yearly summit gives us a chance to come together, take in what we’ve learned over the past year and refocus on where we want to go next.
Paper Plate Awards
At ETA, we recognize that our employees’ lives don’t begin and end with us. But while we’re all together, we make sure to celebrate everyone on the team. Consider this our version of class superlatives.

Careers
We know our craft well and make sure to have fun working together with our customers. And we’re always on the lookout for talented people who love doing this stuff as much as we do.
Freelance
You’ve got the skills. We’ve got the opportunities. Let’s connect and see if there’s a fit.
Learn the ropes with ETA
We’re proud to partner with the Joel E. Katz Music and Entertainment Business Program’s Externship Program to offer Kennesaw State University undergraduate students real-world event production experience in our warehouse space. Whether students are planning a career in the events world or simply looking to try something new, they get a firsthand look at what it’s like to support truly impactful experiences for our customers.
Some of what they’ll learn:
- Gear quality control
- Audio systems training
- Lighting fixture prep
- LED panel and other gear repair
